EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
As the the the the the Foundation moved into its third year of the the the the the 2018 – 2021 strategy the the entire Safaricom fraternity worked together to to advance our mission through the Staff Engagement Program Embracing the the notion that Transforming Lives was an an overall team effort the the Foundation expanded facets of the programme to to engage and and appeal to to as as as many employees as as as possible As is the the case with most programmes the the starting point was to to to give it it a a a a a a a a a name – one that told a a a a a a a a a story and gave clarity on what it it entailed Shiriki which means community or togetherness proved an ideal title for this initiative It would be guided by the Foundation’s mission to transform lives 46
